Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about how Geeox works, how we handle data, and how to get started with GEO in your team.

Product & capabilities

What is Geeox?

Geeox is a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) platform that measures and improves how your brand appears in AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and Claude.

How does Geeox run audits?

You define or import strategic prompts. Geeox runs them across multiple LLMs, detects mentions, ranking position, citations, and sentiment, then computes an AI Visibility Score and share of voice.

What is GEO as a system, not just a one-off audit?

Geeox is designed as a GEO system: you track brands in one dashboard, define prompts, run recurring audits, and follow up with content and automation. Instead of running a single audit, you put brands on a continuous loop of "audit → fix content → re‑audit" so AI visibility compounds over time.

Which LLMs are supported?

Today we support ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and Claude. We regularly add new LLMs as they become relevant for B2B search.

How is GEO different from traditional SEO?

SEO focuses on how you appear in classic search engines like Google. GEO focuses on how you appear inside AI assistants and generative engines. Geeox measures visibility across LLMs, not SERPs, and helps you produce content that LLMs are more likely to cite in answers.

Data & security

What data does Geeox store?

We store prompts, anonymized LLM responses needed for scoring, citation metadata, and basic account information. We do not store your production customer data.

Is my data used to train external models?

No. Geeox does not use your prompts or results to train third-party models. We rely on established LLM providers under their respective data protection terms.

Where can I learn more about security?

See the dedicated Security page for encryption, backups, and access controls, or contact security@Geeox.com.

Pricing & rollout

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can run a free audit and start a time-limited trial from the pricing page without talking to sales.

Who is Geeox for?

Our primary users are growth, SEO, and product marketing teams in B2B SaaS, as well as agencies managing GEO for multiple brands.

How long does it take to see value?

Most teams get a baseline of their AI visibility in under an hour, and ship their first GEO content improvements in the first week.

What does a typical rollout look like?

Most teams start by connecting 1–3 brands, importing their existing prompts, then running a baseline audit. In the first month they focus on closing the biggest gaps (missing mentions, weak prompts) and publishing a handful of GEO-optimized pages. After that, audits run on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence.

How do we follow up on GEO work over time?

Inside the dashboard, the Tracking page shows the status of all your brands (prompts, audits, last run) so you know what to do next. Alert rules and alert events let you trigger emails or webhooks when certain conditions are met (for example when a brand loses visibility), so your team has a clear follow-up system instead of ad-hoc checks.

How often should we run audits?

We usually recommend weekly audits for active brands during rollout and monthly thereafter. You can run on-demand audits when you ship new content or see major changes in AI assistants.

Does Geeox work for agencies and multi-brand teams?

Yes. Geeox was designed for B2B SaaS teams and agencies managing multiple brands. You can host several brands in the same workspace, segment prompts and audits per brand, and export GEO reports per client.
